Your administrator has full control over access to the contract database. Some users may have view-only access, while others have access to add notes, issue contract extensions, or upload documents

Is public access a requirement? Public Contract includes a public access feature that allows the general public to view a contract's basic information. We provide a link that you can add to your agency's website that directs the public to your contracts.

Need to access a specific contract or group of contracts? Public Contract's search function allows you to find just what you are looking for. Search by classification code, date, department, keyword, vendor, or other criteria.
